Rental Guide and Rental Period
Only the person(s) whose names are written in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle rented from our company. In case of any accident or damage that may occur in the event that third parties whose names are not included in the contract use the vehicle, no damage assurance will be valid. In order to increase the number of vehicle users, "additional driver" service must be purchased from our branches. A maximum of 1 additional driver can not be recognized for a rental vehicle. The person who will be added to the contract as an additional driver must also meet the age requirements and driver's license conditions determined according to the vehicle groups.
Depending on the rental period of the vehicles, the mileage limits also vary.
250 KM per day for 1 to 3 day rentals here
200 KM per day for 4 to 7 day rentals
170 KM limit for rentals between 8 and 14 days.
While this figure decreases to 140 KM for 15 days or more rentals, a total of 3500 KM limit is determined for monthly rentals.
In cases where the determined mileage limits are exceeded, 10 TL + VAT is collected from the tenant for each kilometer exceeded from the specified limit. In our car rental applications, our vehicles are rented 24 hours a day, 30 days a month, by determining the rental period. In case of possible delays in the return period of the rented vehicle; For delivery delays between 1-2 hours, 1/3 of the valid rental price for delivery delays between 2-3 hours, 2/3 of the valid rental price for delivery delays of 3 hours or more, 1 full day additional charge is made over the valid rental price.
Fuel and Traffic Fines
The fuel costs of the vehicles rented during the rental period belong to the lessee. During the return of the vehicles, the vehicle must be at the fuel level from which it was received. If the vehicle is delivered at the missing fuel level, an additional service fee of 25% of the missing fuel price is added to the missing fuel price and the difference is collected. All traffic fines encountered during the rental period belong to the tenant. All traffic fines, including OGS-HGS crossings, incorrect toll booth usage on bridges and highways, are invoiced to the tenant. Even if the traffic fines are notified to our company later, the tenant customer is responsible for all traffic fines during the rental period.
Terms of payment
In the Rent a car application, the vehicle rental fee, additional product and service fee and the amount of the guarantee are collected from a credit floor belonging to the tenant at the beginning of the rental period. Depending on the additional fee difference that may occur at the end of the rental period, a refund or additional charge will be reflected to the credit card. During the contract, the tenant must present and keep a credit card belonging to him/herself. The tenant must present and keep a credit card of his/her own. Within the scope of the rental guide, there is also a security fee in addition to the car rental fee. The deposit fee is determined according to the vehicle groups and varies between 5000 TL and 20000 TL. The car rental collateral amount is collected from the tenant's credit card at the beginning of the rental with a provisioning application. This collateral amount collected is returned to the credit card in full within 7 days, unless there is an additional fee at the end of the lease.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you submit your cancellation request on the date you made the reservation, your payment will be fully refunded.
If your rental is less than 7 days before the purchase time, a refund is made by deducting %20 V.A.T and the 2-day rental fee for paid reservations. If the number of days of your reservation is less than 2 days, there is no refund.
License Condition for Car Rental Services
When you get car rental services from our company, you must have a driver's license. Because the driver's license reveals that the person making the rental has the authority to drive and officially documents this. There are driver's license conditions according to the type of vehicle selected and the class it is in. In car rental transactions made through our company, vehicles in the economy segment must have a driver's license for at least 1 year. If the vehicle you will rent is in the middle segment, you must have a driver's license for at least 2 years. On the other hand, in upper segment vehicles, which are another class, you need to have a driving license for at least 3 years in order to rent. In addition, our customers are required to specify the driver's license number in the rental process.
Age Limit at Car Rental
Even if you have met the driver's license conditions through our company, if you want to get car rental service, you must also meet the age limits. While the license class and duration change according to the vehicle segment features, the age limits also change. If you want to rent an economy segment through our company, you must be 21 years old.
