You can make a reservation between 09.00-19.00 by calling our Call Center at 444 86 87 or you can book your car online www.oscarrentacar.com
To rent a car, you must be over the age of 21 and have a B group license for at least 2 years.
Minimum car rental period is 1 day
You can make an online reservation and payment for the person who will rent the vehicle from our website, but the tenant is obliged to present his/her driver's license and credit card when receiving the vehicle.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent a car without your credit card due to the provision rules applied when receiving the vehicle.
Provision, when the rental period ends; The remaining amount is refunded by calculating HGS, bridge crossings, missing fuel, daily mileage exceeding and damage costs.
For reservations made on our website, you can pay the car rental fee immediately with your credit card, by taking advantage of a special discount, or by using the money order/eft option. You can also pay with cash or credit card when you come to collect your vehicle with the Pay at Office option.
If you submit your cancellation request on the date you made the reservation, your payment will be fully refunded. If your rental is less than 24 hours before the purchase time, a refund will be made by deducting the 2-day rental fee for paid reservations. If the number of days of your reservation is less than 2 days, there is no refund.
